PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
Sebagai seorang kepala sekolah sangat besar tanggung jawab untuk memberikan ciri dan warna maupun corak terhadap kwalitas sekolah,oleh sebab itu seorang kepala sekolah harus memiliki kompetensi yang dimilikinya sebagaimana tercantum dalam Permendiknas No.13 tahun 2007 tentang standar kepala sekolah.Sekolah adalah sebuah institusi sebagai suatu organisasi,agar organisasi sekolah menjadi hidup dan berkembang sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan maka harus dikelola secara efektip dan efesien.Pengelolaan sekolah yang baik sangat penting untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah dan menghasilkan output pendididkan yang baik,dengan prinsif efisien berarti semua kegiatan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dilakukan secara hati-hati sehingga bisa memperoleh fasilitas yang berkwalitas
