PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA STAI SEBELAS APRIL SUMEDANG TERHADAP ILMU WARIS
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor-faktor penysebab kesulitan mahasiswa STAI Sebelas April Sumedang semester dua tahun akademik 2016/2017 berjumlah 37 orang dalam memahami ilmu waris semasa belajar ditingkat lanjutan atas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari sebuah alternatif pembelajaran ilmu waris yang mudah dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Penelitian ini menarik beberapa simpulan sesuai soal pertanyaan wawancara: 1.terkait pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap ilmu waris, dari delapan soal yang diajukan, rata-rata dari keseluruhannya mencapai 23,9 % (sedikit sekali). 2. Terkait kesulitan mempelajari ilmu waris dari lima soal yang diajukan mencapai 75,6 % (sebagian besar).
